Cecelia's one of a kind prints are spontaneous and lively interplays of line, shape, color and texture. As she layers the various elements, rich texures and subtle tensions inform the eye. Cecelia sometimes reworks the original image to create something new and unexpected. "The potential for coming up with a surprise is always the exciting part of making monotypes" says Cecelia.
